 Shipping Methods 

All dresses will be shipped via express.

We usually use the air transport of DHL , UPS ,TNT, Fedex etc.

Usually, you will receive your order within 4-10 days after it is shipped.

The time of shipping varies with the distance of the shipment. And local carriers will also affect delivery time. If your order contains multiple items, they will be shipped together.

Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

Whether choosing a standard size or custom measurements, all our dresses are personally tailored for you from scratch.  

Processing time

Occasion dresses:  5-15 Business Days

Wedding dresses: 10-20 Business Days

It is determined by the complexity of the dress,for some styles with complicate beading and hand work, it may take a few more days for processing.

Expected Shipping Time:

Standard Shipping:  20 - 30 days 

Rush Shipping:  15 - 20 days 
If you need the dress urgently. Please note the date you need the dress, we will put your order on prior schedule and make sure you can receive it on time.
Shipping fee Cost
Standard Shipping: 29$                 Rush Shipping:49$
If your item it is heavier than 3kg,additional 10$ will be charged per kilogram.
If your address is remote, the courier company will also charge extra for shipping.

We will inform you the tracking number after the delivery, and you can check and track the order from the website.

When placing an order, please make sure that your shipping address is complete and correct (province, city, zip code, phone number, etc.)!! If the address is wrong or incomplete, your package will be difficult to deliver or will be destroyed.
